03 Account Registration

baji7 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or closure, as outlined in our account management policy.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

baji7 supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms will take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account suspended.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on baji7 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, as well as the general betting rules outlined here. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. baji7 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game, baji7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji7. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud baji7 or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.

• Money Laundering: Using baji7 to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity. baji7 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's account, baji7's backend systems, or any restricted area of the platform.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

baji7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting baji7 support.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to baji7, other players, or third parties.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, baji7 will freeze the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
